wow! long time no see guys! sit down and catch up with me as we cover what I've been up to, what I'm going to be up to, but more importantly, what I have learned since we spoke last.
Social media can be A LOT. I took not only a break from uploading here to my podcast but also from my social media in general in 2025.
I was viewing instead of doing. Scrolling instead of living.
